Procedures for approval at UFPB:
- 1 - Elaboration of the Project - Meet Ordinance No. 243, of November 2019 - GAB / CAPES ;
- 2 - Approval by the PPG Board;
- 3 - Approval by the Center Council;
- 4 - Forward the project, together with the proposed resolution, to the opinion of the Dean of Graduate Studies;
- 5 - The proceeding proceeds for the opinion of the Legal Attorney of UFPB;
- 6 - Proceed to Consepe's decision.
- 7 - The agreement is established from the creation of the new group by the Superior Council.
- 8 - As of the creation of the new class, the terms of Technical-Scientific Cooperation for financial execution should be informed to the coordination of agreements (PROPLAN).
CAPES / DPB / CGSI / CAD guidance
Cooperation projects between Institutions for the Qualification of Higher Education Professionals (PCI) , financed by CAPES, must follow the specific guidelines of the notice in which they were approved. Essentially, current expenses may be covered in the elements listed below, provided that the specifics indicated in the objectives, goals and rules of the Program are observed:
1 - consumable material: laboratory preservation material, drawing material, lubricant, packaging, chemical, biological, pharmaceutical and dental products in general, printing material, laboratory glassware;
2 - third party services (legal entity): installation, adaptation, repairs and maintenance of machines and equipment linked to the project, reprography, printed matter and graphic services;
3 - third party services (individuals ): resources spent on the provision of services by technical personnel directly linked to the intended results of the project and which, by their nature, can only be performed by individuals;
4 - daily allowances or daily allowance: for the payment of daily allowances, the ceilings practiced by the Federal Public Administration, according to Decree nº. 5,992 / 2006 of December 19, 2006 and Decree No. 71,733, of January 18, 1973, as amended by Decree No. 6907 of July 21, 2009, as well as a specific CAPES standard for this purpose. For the payment of daily assistance, the provisions of CAPES Ordinance No. 132 of August 18, 2016 must be obeyed;
5 - travel tickets and expenses ;
6 - participation in events, congresses and scientific-academic activities in the country and abroad.
The agreement must contain a technical annex, with a detailed report on the Receiving Institution, and an academic plan with information that allows to verify the requirements demanded by CAPES.
The promoter program must have passed at least one Permanence Assessment and received, at least, grade 4 (four), for the offer of a master's class, or grade 5 (five), for the offer of a doctoral class.
